Rotary-Peace Corps Week Promotion

The Partnering for Peace organization is coordinating the third annual Rotary-Peace Corps Week 18-22 September with a series of virtual information and discussion sessions. Refer to Saturday’s post on the RPC Facebook page.

The idea is to celebrate the partnership and the various opportunities for collaboration and volunteerism between the two organizations. While Peace Corps Volunteers are U.S. citizens, they work with Rotary members all over the world while in service and after. Some Peace Corps Volunteers have become Rotary Peace Fellows! And, Rotary Peace Fellow alums who are also U.S. citizens can consider volunteering with the Peace Corps Response program.
