FRACTIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
The Rotary Peace Fellowship Alumni Association (RPFAA) is seeking a Fractional Executive Director to help the RPFAA navigate a pivotal period of growth and organizational development. Working with an all-volunteer Board, this part-time, paid, 18-month engagement will turn RPFAA’s 2025 Strategic Plan into action, building the professional infrastructure needed to sustain our growth.
Contract Timeline: November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2028 (18 months)
Structure & Compensation: Independent Contractor status, 40 hours/month at 50USD/hour (2,000 USD/month). No additional benefits provided.
Application Process: Please submit a customized CV highlighting relevant experience and a personalized cover letter to the RPFAA Board. Cover letter should be thoughtfully laid out, demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Rotary family/ ecosystem of peace, donor-relationship building experience, and project management experience. Include at least two references. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
