JOB ANNOUNCEMENT:
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS CONSULTANT
The Rotary Peace Fellowship Alumni Association (RPFAA) is at a pivotal point in its growth and development. To ensure the organization continues to thrive and meet its mission, the Strategic Operations Consultant will support the Association for an 18-month term in a part-time, paid role as outlined in the Strategic Operations Consultant job description. This role will assist the Board to operationalize the RPFAA 2025 Strategic Plan, moving the Association from volunteer-led execution to professionalized, sustainable systems in fundraising and operations.
Contract Timeline: October 1, 2026 – March 31st, 2028
Structure/ Compensation: Independent Contractor Status, 40 Hours / Month @ $50 USD/hr. ($2,000 USD/ Month), No additional benefits are provided.
Application Process: Please submit a customized CV highlighting relevant experience and a personalized cover letter to the RPFAA Board. Cover letter should be thoughtfully laid out, demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Rotary family/ ecosystem of peace, donor-relationship building experience, and project management experience. Please include at least one story of an event that did not go as planned and how you rectified it. Include at least two references. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
